Catella-owned fund manager liquidates SEK 28bn system fund

The company will now focus on its more successful and profitable core macro area and continue to evaluate other more competitive strategies, says IPM's acting CEO Lars Ericsson.

IPM Informed Portfolio Management is winding down its Systematic Equity product, the company announces, noting that the product has become a marginal contribution to its overall business following the strong growth of its macro strategy. Stockholm-listed property investments and fund management company Catella owns some 60 percent of IPM.
