Frontier boutique appoints former finance minister as special advisor

East Capital has hired a former finance minister to support its investment teams on macro-economic, political and social trends.

East Capital appoints Anders Borg, who served as Sweden's Minister for Finance from 2006 to 2014, as new advisor. In this role, Borg will provide advisory services and insights to the frontier boutique's investment teams, as well as support on strategic issues, the asset management firm writes in a statement.
