AMF makes its first direct forest investment ­ eyes more forestry across the Nordics

The new forest investment blends in well with the pension fund's portfolio as the company plans to increase its exposure to alternative investments, says AMF Head of Alternative Investments.

Swedish pension company AMF has made its first direct investment in forest by purchasing 89.9 percent of BSÖ Holding from BillerudKorsnäs Skog & Industri.
