From Goldman and hedge fund entrepreneur in the US to Skagen Fondene and Nordea in Scandinavia: "Moving back was a huge change in my career and personal life"

Having spent 23 years in New York, Hilde Jenssen, Nordea Asset Management’s new Head of Fundamental Equities, considers her move back to Scandinavia the biggest change in her career. The former Goldman Sachs Associate has talked to AMWatch about the move back to Stavanger in 2016 and how it was a huge adjustment on a professional and personal level.

Norwegian-born Hilde Jenssen was recently promoted by Nordea Asset Management to be Head of the Fundamental Equities team, which she joined as a product manager last year. Her path leading to this role started in New York where she has studied, worked and lived for 23 years.
