Copenhagen’s high-profile towers sold to the largest real estate fund in the Nordics

Niam has purchased Copenhagen Towers in Copenhagen’s Ørestad district, comprising close to 100,000 sq m office and hotel space located close to the city’s metro and airport, for a total amount that exceeds EUR 300m, thus completing the largest 2019 transaction to date.
