Last year, Per Lawætz Hansen took a giant leap when he said goodbye to the company he had been working at his entire adult life. Back in 1986, Hansen joined SDS – which later became part of Nordea with the merger in 2000. Going from a large super tanker with 29,000 employees to Unigestion, a small but international company of 250 employees, has been a great experience. Hansen tells AMWatch why he needed such change in his career.
