An annual Invesco survey on factor investing shows that investors plan to boost risk premia exposure although several respondents have experienced underperformance in the past 15 months. Despite the outlook, the US asset manager's Head of Quant Strategies does not consider factor investing at risk of becoming overcrowded.

Investing in strategies that select securities based on attributes such as low volatility, value or momentum is still on the rise.
