
It is no secret that low interest rates and generally high equity prices has resulted in investors increasingly seeking alternative asset classes in their chase for returns. In recent years, the chase has led to several new investment opportunities that may be characterized as ”more alternative” than the most common alternatives such as real estate and infrastructure.
One new alternative investment opportunity is the newly launched Scandinavian Film Fund 1, which is the attempt of three experienced individuals from the movie industry to turn Nordic films into an attractive investment for private and institutional investors, the company writes in a press release.
