Nordic fund managers behind global asset manager's new European real estate bet

Aberdeen Standard Investments has launched an European real estate fund that plans to invest in the Nordics and other Western European markets.

Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI) has launched its European Long Income Real Estate Fund. The first close was held on October 31, 2019 with more than EUR 100m in committed equity from six institutional investors located in six different countries, the company writes in a statement.
