University of Helsinki appoints Deputy CIO to oversee unlisted assets

The university fund is in the process of changing its mandates from discretionary accounts to execution-only investment management services.

University of Helsinki has appointed Marko Berg as Deputy Chief Investment Officer, Unlisted Securities. Berg joins the EUR 500m endowment fund on December 2 from Aventum Partners, where he has been Associate Director since 2014.
