EUR 1.3 billion is not enough - PFA head is ready to buy more in logistics

1.4 million square meters of logistics buildings is not enough to quench the thirst for investment at PFA. There is one market in particular that is missing, says the pension funds head of real estate to EjendomsWatch after the recent billion-euro deal.
"We are missing Germany, among other things. There is nothing in Germany in this portfolio, and we would really like that," says Michael Bruhn, head of real estate at PFA. | Photo: PR/PFA
