Folksam builds bigger stake in Heimstaden

Yet another pension fund has chosen to invest in real estate through Heimstaden's subsidiary Heimstaden Bostad. At the start of the new year, EUR 375 million will be invested in return for a seven percent ownership share, which gives the subsidary a total value of EUR 5.4 billion.

Swedish pension investor Folksam will be the second-largest owner of property company Heimstaden Bostad, which is a subsidiary company of Sweden's Heimstaden.
