Microfinance fund manager re-joins NAM to head new team

Nordea Asset Management has lured SEB's microfinance fund manager as head of private equity impact research. She has previously worked as co-head of responsible investments at the major Nordic asset manager.

Nordea Asset Management (NAM) has appointed Hetal Damani as head of its newly created private equity impact research team, Damani confirms to AMWatch by email.

Damani joins Nordea from SEB, where she was portfolio manager of microfinance since March 2018. Prior to that, she was co-head of responsible investment at NAM from 2017 to 2018.
