Danish pension fund buys real estate portfolio from Patrizia

The German asset manager Patrizia is selling three large property portfolios. One is a real pick-and-mix bag of investments, and the pensioners will get an attractive yield, says Nordic head.

Danish pension fund Lægernes Pension (a pension fund for doctors, ed.) has bought three property portfolios from the German asset manager Patrizia, which will therefore complete yet another deal in Denmark before the new year.
