INTERNATIONAL CAREER: 15 years in a strong investment banking culture have taken Kristian Skovmand around the world. After new year, he has once again left Denmark, this time to go to Stockholm as Global Head of Investment Banking at SEB. In this interview, he talks about developing an empathetic side by working within foreign cultures.

Kristian Skovmand hadn't set foot in the Danish financial sector when his career kicked off at the US-based investment bank Morgan Stanley. More than 17 years would go by before he got his first job in Denmark.
