Aktia plans expansion outside Nordic region through spearhead emerging market bond funds

Last week, Evergreen Holding, the minority shareholder in Aktia Asset Management, agreed to sell its minority share of 24 percent to Aktia Bank. The simplified ownership structure aims to support the development of Aktia's asset management business.
