Wallenberg family's Danish investment banker to create a well-oiled machine at SEB

SEB, the preferred bank among key Swedish investors, has put Kristian Skovmand at the helm of its investment banking activities. "At the heart of it, we are a relationship bank," he says about the bank's tight relationship with big businesses and the double role of corporate and investment bank.

Kristian Skovmand is starting a new top job at Swedish bank SEB, working from the large offices on Kungstrådgarden in central Stockholm. He calls the merging of four departments, and his appointment as head of investment banking activities a small adjustment to the SEB machine.
