Finnish investor buys Danish real estate for German pension fund

Finnish investor Capman Real Estate has bought a large development project in Frederiksberg on behalf of a German pension fund. The seller and project developer is MT Højgaard, which will be paid in installments until the project is completed.

Capman Real Estate has bought an 8,900 square meter project in Frederiksberg on behalf of German pension fund Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK). The project is close to Flintholm station, and Danish property developer MT Højgaard reports in a press release that it will be responsible for the development and completion of the project.
