Danish pension funds increase their risk with investments in development project

Sampension and MP Pension are taking a step into a riskier market with their joint investment in Ørestad, the partners explain in an interview with EjendomsWatch. This is the largest investment either company has made in a while - but with Solstra as a partner, it is more controlled, says the head of real estate at Sampension.

When Sampension and MP Pension invested hundreds of millions of kroner in Bellakvarter in Ørested, located on Amager, it was the biggest investment either of them had made in some time.
