PFA hires alternatives advisor from decommissioned commercial bank

The CEO of FIH Erhvervsbank, which has been in the process of shutting down for ten years, will now join PFA Pension as an advisor within its portfolio of alternative investments.

FIH Erhvervsbank had its golden days in the early 2000s, with significant growth in lending to the business and real estate sectors and an ambition to become a large financial institution with investment banking and its own stockbroker division. Now, the CEO has been hired as an advisor at PFA, Danish business media Insidebusiness reports.
