Gefion sells Copenhagen office property to German investor for EUR 22.3 million

The proceeds from the sale will be used to pay back a loan of EUR 116 million (DKK 865 million) from pension fund PKA, says head of real estate to EjendomsWatch. PKA provided financing to build a comprehensive 40,000 square meter housing project last year, and the office property is a small part of this project.

Danish project developer Gefion Group has sold an office building on Amager Strandvej for EUR 22.3 million (DKK 167 million) to German fund Quadoro Doric Real Estate.
