A Norwegian private equity firm sells four oil service companies for a total price of EUR 128 million. Not long ago, another equity fund shelved its plans to sell a number of oil service companies.

Norwegian private equity firm EV Private Equity has sold four oil service companies for a total price of NOK 1.3 billion (EUR 128 million), writes Norwegian business daily Dagens Næringsliv.
