Real estate broker predicts 2020 will outdo 2019 as foreign investors chase property

Despite a turbulent 2019, investor appetite for Danish real estate will still be good in 2020, Cushman & Wakefield Red predict. The real estate broker also predicts that office spaces will be in demand and retail will increase. But won't be easy, as everyone is going after the same thing, says a leading partner.
