New CEO could not turn down offer to run Danica's real estate arm

Michael Nielsen simply could not say no to the opportunity to become CEO of one of Denmark's largest real estate investors, Danica Ejendomme, he tells EjendomsWatch. One of his big goals is to complete Postbyen, a large construction project in central Copenhagen.
