ATP increases sustainability and reduces energy bill

The company's 120 office and retail properties must reduce their energy consumption by up to 20 percent within five years. There is a lot to gain, the CEO says.

ATP Ejendomme, which is one of Denmark's largest property companies, wants to reduce its properties' energy consumption by 10-20 percent per square meter before 2025. By 2040, the reduction should be between 30 and 40 percent.
