Danish pension fund plans to expand real estate portfolio to EUR 2 billion over the next five years

According to valuation reports, the worth of AP Pension's properties has gone through the roof, with an EUR 67 million (DKK 500 million) increase compared to 2018. AP's head of real estate tells EjendomsWatch that there will be a significant expansion of the portfolio over the coming years, with a new focus on municipal projects.

Danish pension fund AP Pension's real estate portfolio was worth EUR 67 million (DKK 500 million) more at the end of 2019 than at the end of 2018, primarily due to increases in value, the year-end report for the company's property business, AP Ejendomme, shows.
