PFA CEO: "I am leading more through others at the moment - and that is probably very healthy"

At PFA, most of the 1,350 employees are working from home, and the CEO is one of the few people at the empty offices in Nordhavn. "When you are working from your living room, it is important that you are continuously reminded about the task and our vision for what we do," says Allan Polack, who has changed his leadership style due to the corona crisis.

At PFA's large headquarters in Nordhavn, CEO Allan Polack is essentially alone.

When he does run into a colleague in the empty halls, they keep a two-meter distance. Just 10 percent of the total 1,350-person workforce are working from the office - everyone else has been set up from home.
