At PFA, most of the 1,350 employees are working from home, and the CEO is one of the few people at the empty offices in Nordhavn. "When you are working from your living room, it is important that you are continuously reminded about the task and our vision for what we do," says Allan Polack, who has changed his leadership style due to the corona crisis.
