Hines bought 121 properties in Østerbro, Copenhagen from Bonava last week. It won't be the last time Hines operates in Denmark - the investor is searching high and low for new purchasing opportunities, especially on the Copenhagen real estate market.

Last week, US investor Hines entered the Danish residential real estate market through the purchase of 121 sustainable apartments that are part of the Trikotageparken project in Østerbro, Copenhagen.
