The Pears family have taken over two residential real estate projects in a Copenhagen suburb.

One of the more discrete foreign investors within the Danish property market is still making moves. The Pears family, which is one of the UK's most wealthy families, has taken over 47 residential properties in two separate deals in Søborg, a suburb of Copenhagen.
