Pensam buys EUR 16 million property - has right of first refusal for more
The purchase is part of a strategy to secure Pensam a larger presence on the office real estate market, says the head of alternative investments to EjendomsWatch. The pension company has the right of first refusal for two other properties that were put up for sale at the same time.
The municipality of Copenhagen has found a buyer for the last of three city properties that it put up for sale through Cushman & Wakefield Red in September 2019 - pension fund Pensam.
