Asset manager spends hundreds of millions on Postnord properties in Sweden

The Danish/Swedish postal service Postnord is selling logistics properties to British manager Barings, and will now rent the four buildings from them. Advisors are seeing a growing interest in divesting properties and renting them instead.

British asset manager Barings has bought four properties from Postnord in Norrköping, Sweden, for EUR 92 million (DKK 685 million). Postnord, which is a postal service in Denmark and Norway, uses the properties for logistics.
