Danske Bank chairman after leadership shuffle: "We have also needed innovation"

The leadership at Danske Bank has changed a lot over the past few years - for example, the CEO of Wealth Management has changed three times since the division was founded in 2016. But the changes at Denmark's biggest lender may have been necessary, says chairman Karsten Dybvad. The bank is fighting to innovate without losing the proud Danske Bank culture.

Danske Bank's leadership looks nothing like it did just a few years ago. After the money laundering and Flexinvest Fri scandals, there has been a huge clear out, and very few current board members have long experience at the bank.
