Capman on sale of historic property: It reduces risk significantly

In 2018, Capman bought Grundtvigs Hus, which is close to the town hall square in Copenhagen, with plans to develop it. But last week, as EjendomsWatch reported, they sold it to a Swedish-American billionaire. He calls the building "fantastic".

Capman is now going into more detail about the sale of historic property Grundtvigs Hus, which EjendomsWatch reported had been sold to Swedish-American billionaire Johan Gedda for hundreds of millions of kroner on June 4.
