SEB's new microfinance manager: "I worked closely with African companies to mobilize impact and green investments"

After spending more than six years at the Swedish government agency for development cooperation, Sida, Hanna Holmberg is returning to asset management as part of the microfinance team at SEB. AMWatch has talked to Holmberg about her career and what she brings to the table with her development agency background.

Which career path did you envision for yourself when you were younger?

"When I was younger, I thought I would become a professional tennis player. When I realized that that wasn't realistic, I decided to get a University degree. I’ve always liked mathematics and numbers so I decided to get a degree in a field that would give me as many choices as possible."
