Aberdeen Standard Investments takes over problematic high-rise real estate project in Denmark

The land for what is set to become Denmark's tallest residential building just changed hands. Aberdeen Standard Investments is now the owner of the coming 94-meter high-rise project in the Danish city of Aarhus. The project has undergone several changes since it was announced four years ago.

UK-based asset management group Aberdeen Standard Investments will be in charge of building Denmark's tallest residential development in the northern part of Denmark's second-largest city, Aarhus. The project has been underway for several years.
