Asset managers hoping for data help from the EU

Data on company sustainability is still so poor that asset managers struggle to put it to use, according to industry professionals attending a conference on Nordic asset management. A list of new initiatives, however, may boost the development.

Investors are having a hard time finding reliable comparable data on sustainability these days. This is the joint message coming from a panel of participants at a conference on Nordic asset management, which was held on Tuesday by the ALFI – Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry.
