Pandemic bites private equity activity, especially in Denmark and Norway

Denmark and Norway have experienced an unusually large decline in private equity deals, according to associate at Norwegian Argentum. One sector, however, showed a healthy development despite Covid-19.

Over the first half of 2020, Denmark and Norway experienced an unusually large decline in private equity deals, 38 percent and 53 percent, respectively, writes Christoffer Gundersen, Associate at Norwegian private equity investor Argentum.
