ATP establishes ESG database for illiquid portfolio

Denmark's largest investor wants more ESG data from its unlisted companies to help them prosper and has now started building an in-house database for this purpose. "We want to have the same ESG overview of our illiquid portfolio as we have of our liquid side," Director at ATP's ESG team, Susanne Røge Lund tells AMWatch.

Last Friday, ATP announced that it was establishing its seventh private equity fund under its subsidiary ATP Private Equity Partners. Denmark's largest investor now also establishes an ESG database for its illiquid portfolio because by now, all unlisted companies in ATP’s investment portfolio should have received their first annual ESG data reporting survey.
