Aktia is on the road to becoming Finland's third-largest asset manager with its recent acquisition of Taaleri Wealth Management. As part of the merger, Aktia's asset management unit is set for a senior staff revamp.

Finland's Aktia has appointed Perttu Purhonen as Executive Vice President, director for Aktia's asset management business area and a member of the company's executive committee.
