Danica follows strategy with large residential real estate push

Danica Ejendomme is building residential real estate for young people in Copenhagen worth up to DKK 500m, and is also investing millions of kroner in 10,000 square meters of leasable real estate. "It is an important part of our strategy to increase our investments in the residential real estate segment," says the CEO.

Danica Ejendomme is throwing itself into achieving its residential real estate goals. It is investing DKK 750m (EUR 100.9m) in the construction of new housing for young Copenhageners, and has also purchased 120 homes spread across two properties in Ordrup and Frederiksberg, a press release states.
