Lone Kjærgaard has climbed the ranks to sit at the top of investment company Investering & Tryghed. From there, she hopes to create a ripple effect both within the company and the industry as a whole.

When Lone Kjærgaard arrived for her first day of primary school in Ålum, a small village close to Randers, she was in for a shock. She was one of only three girls in her primary school class, accompanied by 19 boys.
