Fear of greenwashing is the biggest headache for Nordic green bond investors

A new study by Kirstein and NN Investment Partners also found that while Nordic investors focus on government bonds and manage their green bond investments in-house, Dutch participants favored the corporate segment and external managers.

There is significant interest in green bonds in the Nordic countries and the Netherlands, but investors remain concerned about potential greenwashing, a recent study on green bond investing concludes.
