US-based asset manager makes second Danish purchase in one week

Invesco has invested in residential real estate consisting of 163 apartments in Vallensbæk and 133 in Ishøj within the past seven days.

The suburbs of Southern Copenhagen have once again become an investment target for Invesco. Invesco Real Estate has purchased 163 apartments in Vallensbæk, its Danish investment partner Rubik Properties reports in a press release.
