Söderberg expects growth through new recruits, potential acquisition and focus on wealth management

The inclusion of a venture fund in the ownership circle has given Söderberg & Partners the muscles to grow in Denmark, if and when opportunity knocks, says country lead Per Østergaard.

Insurance and pensions broker Söderberg & Partners wants to expand its business. The capital needed for this has been obtained through an injection from TA Associates, who paid SEK 2.5bn (EUR 247m) to become a part-owner of the company, which it had divested in 2019.
