AP Pension invests EUR 130m in Zealand real estate projects

The pension company is investing EUR 130m (DKK 1bn) in real estate projects on the island of Zealand, where Copenhagen is located. Although the investments are not in the Danish capital, the risk is no higher, says the CEO.

Pension company AP Pension has entered into a collaboration with the Zealand Development Alliance (Sjællands Udviklingsalliance) which works to improve Zealand and the Lolland-Falster area. AP Pension therefore plans to invest EUR 130m (DKK 1bn) in real estate projects in Zealand, Danish financial daily Børsen reports.
