
In a press release sent out on Monday, Norway's largest pension company reported that it is excluding 16 companies based on a report from the UN's High Commission for Human Rights. The report listed companies tied to Israeli settlements on the West Bank.
"Our assessment is that there is an unacceptable risk that the excluded companies contribute to the effects of breaking human rights conventions in war and conflict situations through their ties to Israeli settlements on the occupied West Bank," KLP senior analyst Krian Aziz says in the press statement, adding:
