Norwegian investment company acquired by Swiss asset manager

NRP - Ness, Risan & Partners - has sold its real estate business to Swiss Life Asset Management. NRP has recently made its first investment in Denmark.

Norwegian investment company NRP had real estate investments totaling NOK 11.4bn (EUR 1.1bn) across the Nordics in 2020. These properties are now in Swiss hands, as insurance giant Swiss Life's asset management arm, Swiss Life Asset Management, has acquired NRP's real estate business.
