Varma's EUR 4.8bn real estate portfolio gets new director

Finnish pensions giant Varma has appointed Sampsa Ratia as its new director for real estate investments. Ratia joins the company in mid-August, after the summer holidays.

Finnish pensions giant Varma has found a replacement for its head of real estate Ilkka Tomperi, who announced in May that he is leaving the company after eight years.
