Danish companies are coming out in force in criticism of litigation funders, which invest in other companies' lawsuits in the hope of financial reward.
They are currently financing cases involving Danske Bank's executive team and marine fuel provider OW Bunker, and have previously been involved in cases against wind turbine manufacturer Vestas and jewelry firm Pandora.
