Goldman Sachs joins SEB Pension Fund in financing Norwegian printing services firm

Existing investors such as SEB Pension Fund and Dawn Capital LLP also contributed fresh funds, with the extra money intended to help the Norwegian software company Gelato spread its reach in the US and Asia.

A Norwegian software company has secured financing from funds managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management as well as SoftBank Group Corp. in a deal that pushes its valuation just over the USD 1bn mark.
